Travels develop and the people you meet during them can change our lives. This was also the case in my case, when fate brought me in touch with a man who pursues an extraordinary vision of creating furniture from a very unique material. It is recycled wood, which used to be the building material of fishing boats in Indonesian waters.

Old abandoned boats often littered the ocean for many years to finally gain a new life, which was one of the first to be given to them by the family company Kleo from Indonesia, which is known among fishermen on the north coast of Java for its care for boat wrecks that litter the coast and they are wasted. Through years of collaboration with coastal communities, locals have learned to value wood, and the benefits to local communities and the environment are a priority for Kleo.

Thanks to Kleo and Deloti, the wood obtained from old boats can now decorate the interiors of houses, giving them a unique character and creating a unique atmosphere of a warm home that everyone wants to return to, where everyone finds warmth.
